Pao de Queijo is a traditional Brazilian snack typically enjoyed at breakfast. It has a crispy outside and inside is full with soft cheesy dough. This snack is widely available and very inexpensive. You’ll see street vendors and cafes selling it all over Brazil and northern Argentina. Pao de Queijo is made with Tapioca flour so it’s satisfyingly gluten free.
